We know you’ll love our items, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, returns for store credit are accepted from 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order # and your reason for return/exchange to initiate the process.
Ordering Tracking & Status
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number as the email subject. We process orders very quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
